Is an appointment required?
Yes. Grillz Dubai operates by appointment only. Send your community and design notes through the form or email; we confirm the location and arrangements privately before you travel.
What is the starting price?
A plain silver tooth is AED 350. Every combination is listed on the pricing page, and the set estimate is the selected per-tooth price multiplied by the total teeth covered.
Can I order during a short stay in Dubai?
Tell us your arrival and departure dates before booking. Production begins after an approved impression and deposit, with 5–10 working days for plain metal or 10–15 for gold and stone-set work. An urgent request is not a guaranteed completion date.
Are these removable pieces?
Yes. Our grillz are removable jewellery made to a dental impression. We do not bond them to teeth or provide permanent dental restorations.
Can I wear a set at dinner?
Remove it before eating and before drinking anything other than water. Clean your teeth before replacing it, and keep the jewellery in its case rather than wrapping it in a napkin.
What if I have crowns, braces or sensitive gums?
Ask a licensed dentist whether removable dental jewellery is suitable for you. Mention existing dental work before the impression stage; do not wear a piece that causes pain, pressure or gum irritation.
How do I care for the piece in Dubai’s heat?
Rinse after use, clean gently with a soft brush and mild soap if suitable for your setting, and dry before storage. Avoid abrasive toothpaste, harsh chemicals and leaving the case in a hot car. Ask for material-specific care instructions.
Does rose gold cost extra?
No. White, yellow and rose gold share the same price at the same karat. 9K, 14K and 18K are separate price categories.
Can customers from Sharjah or Abu Dhabi enquire?
Yes. The community guides include Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi. We confirm whether an appointment or another suitable arrangement is possible before asking you to travel.
Will an AI brief be the final design?
No. It helps you communicate a direction, while the actual impression, material specification and manufacturing review determine the approved design.
What happens if the fit is uncomfortable?
Take the jewellery out and contact us. Do not bend, squeeze or glue it yourself. We assess the issue and explain whether an adjustment or a fresh impression is needed.
